Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. CalPatterns is designed to work entirely on-device. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal data—full stop. Because no data ever leaves your phone, CalPatterns complies by default with every major data-protection law worldwide, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada) and POPIA (South Africa).

1. No servers, no cloud

All calorie logs, photos, weight entries and settings are saved locally using the secure storage mechanisms provided by your device’s operating system. We cannot access or recover this data, and it is never uploaded to us or any third party.

2. No analytics or tracking

CalPatterns contains no third-party SDKs, ad networks, crash reporters or analytics libraries. We do not employ cookies, fingerprinting or similar technologies.

3. Your rights

Since we hold no personal data, traditional data-subject requests (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, etc.) are satisfied by default. If you ever wish to remove your information, simply delete the app— everything is erased with it.

4. Children’s privacy

CalPatterns does not target children under 13 and intentionally collects no information from anyone—making us COPPA-friendly by design.

5. Changes to this policy

If we ever introduce cloud sync or new features that affect privacy, we will update this document and notify you before any data leaves your device.
